Supporting ‘Employment First’ in
New Jersey
As an Employment First state, New Jersey is committed to promoting competitive employment opportunities for all individuals, including people with disabilities. At New Horizons in Autism, we believe everyone deserves the chance to experience the pride and purpose that comes from earning a living and contributing to their community. We work closely with each individual and their interdisciplinary team to advocate for their goals and help them navigate available resources.
Comprehensive Employment Services
New Horizons in Autism partners with the NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) to provide access to supported employment opportunities. For individuals not eligible for DVRS, we proudly offer prevocational and supported employment services to help develop skills, achieve independence, and secure meaningful employment. Together, we’re building pathways to success for individuals of all abilities.
